Paper Street Brews
We rotate through our beers every week. Here are some that we bring back regularly.
96 Bones IPA
What You Get: Where has the balance gone? We love IPA's but want one that doesn't rip your enamel off and lets you enjoy more that two sips. 96 Bones gives you a balance of hops and malt, but still gives you a nice hop kick.
History: Kennewick Mans' bones were found in 1996. Kennewick Man is one of the most complete prehistoric skeletons ever found!

Ghost City PORTER
What You Get: Full flavored, resembling a stout, yet without the heavy and strong "stout-ness". Roasted with a slight hop flavor.
History: This one goes out to Hanford City, White Bluffs and the OG Richland. These towns were turned into ghost towns when the government took them over and kicked everyone out for the Manhattan Project.

River Rooster AMBER
What You Get: Harmony. Malt, sweet, and hops all converge together and you get this fine amber. The flavor profile will keep you coming back.
History: Every summer the Unlimited Hydroplanes come to the Tri and race leaving rooster tales of water behind them. To honor this bawdy weekend we give you River Rooster.

The Pretender WHITE SCOTTISH
What You Get: We took the Belgian out of the Belgian White and added our Scottish yeast to it. This took out that Belgian twang and made for a smooth, delicious brew.
History: Pure rock and roll here. This is a Foo Fighters Song and I bet you didn't know that the bassist for The Foo grew up in the Tri?
Spices - Cardamom, Orange Peel and Coriander

Mind Monster CRIMSON ALE
What you get: Come into this one with an open mind. A cross between an amber and a porter. Plum, smoke, coffee, melon and hints of citrus goodness.
History: The Missoula Floods ripped through the Columbia Basin forming what it is today. At aproximatly 60 mph and carrying as much water as Lake Erie and Ontario combined!
Nerd Core: Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, Palisade and Goldings
Malts: 2-Row, Munich, C-120, Chocolate, Victory and Honey
Secret Keeper RYE PALE
What You Get: A nice clean pale ale with a little rye to smooth it out and give it a hint of spicy kick.
History: Less than 1% of the people working on the Manhattan Project new what they were working on! If you talked about or even questioned what you were doing you would be let go. So keep that secret bomb under wraps.
Nerd Core: Hops: Galena, Simcoe and Cascades
Malts: 2-Row, Rye, Victory
And to many other Sorpresa (experimental) beers that our brewers decide to come up with!
